Overview
You can manage your personal profile, preferences, and security settings from the account menu.
This includes:
- Profile information
- Password and login settings
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- UI preferences and notifications
Access
Top-right menu → ME
- My Profile
- Preferences
- Change Password
Update profile
Update basic user information such as name and email.
Steps
- Open top-right menu
- Click My Profile
- Update fields
- Save changes
Change password
Steps
- Open top-right menu
- Click Change Password
- Enter current and new password
- Confirm
Reset password
If you forgot your password:
Steps
- On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email
- Follow the reset link sent to your email
Notes
- Only registered emails can receive reset links
- The reset link is secure and time-limited
Change login email
Steps
- Open top-right menu
- Click Preferences
- Update email
- Enter password to confirm
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code from a mobile device.
Important
Do not enable 2FA for accounts used by automated integrations (for example, API users or listeners)
Enable 2FA
- Open top-right menu
- Click Preferences
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan QR code using an authenticator app
- Enter verification code
Login with 2FA
After enabling 2FA:
- Enter username and password
- Enter verification code from your device
Recovery codes
When enabling 2FA, recovery codes are generated.
- Each code can be used once
- Use them if you lose access to your device
To view or regenerate:
- Open My Profile
- Locate 2FA settings
Confirm that your team has set up two-factor authentication
You must be an admin to access this screen.
Go to Users and check the 2FA column.
Preferences
Preferences control UI behavior and user experience.
Available options
- Color theme
- Default menu option
- Remember filters value (sticky filters)
- Hide flow execution notifications. This is useful in environments with frequent Flow activity.
- Expandable tags (allows expandable/collapsible tags)
- Distraction-free mode
- Auto-select first connection/format
Billing
Account admin can access billing portal and change the billing account owner.
Note: This option is available only for customers on self-managed subscription plans.
- Open Preferences in the account menu
- Select Billing Account
- Click Edit
- Enter New Email and Current password
- Click Update
