Overview
Account, user, and system settings are available from the account menu in the top-right corner of the application.
This menu provides quick access to personal settings, tenant switching, billing, user management, and system-level configuration.
It also displays important system and account status information such as trial period and system state.
Access the menu
Click your company account name (top-right corner) to open the account menu.
Status indicators
The top-right area also displays real-time account and system status.
This may include:
- Trial status and remaining time (for example: “trial · 38 days”)
- Trial expiration
- System state (for example: suspended execution)
These indicators provide immediate visibility into the state of your environment without opening additional screens.
Menu structure
The menu is organized into the following sections:
- ME
- ACCOUNT
- PLATFORM (Super Admin only)
- SYSTEM
ME
Personal settings for the current user.
- My Profile - Update user profile information.
- Preferences - Configure UI and behavior settings.
- Change Password - Update your password.

ACCOUNT
Account-level navigation and tenant context.
- Account Name - Opens the main account context.
- Select Tenant - Switch between tenants.
- Billing Account - Manage billing and subscriptions.

PLATFORM (Admin only)
Administrative tools available to Super Admin and Admin users.
- Settings - Configure global system settings (Super Admin only).

SYSTEM
System-level visibility and resources.
- System Health - View runtime status and system diagnostics (Super Admin only).
- System Status - View external system status page.
- Product Updates - View release notes and recent changes.
- Share Feedback - Submit feedback to Etlworks.
- Version - Displays the current application version.

Account and tenant visibility
What users see under the ACCOUNT section depends on their role.

Super Admin
Super Admin users can access:
- Environment (main account) – read-only
- Tenant account – read/write
The environment view shows:
- License and environment information
- Account-level settings derived from the license
The tenant view allows:
- Editing tenant configuration
- Managing tenant-specific settings
Tenant Admin
Tenant Admin users can:
- View and edit their tenant (or account in shared environments)
They do not have access to:
- Environment-level (license) information
- Other tenants
Regular users
Regular users can:
- See only the account or tenant name
They do not have access to:
- Configuration
- Editable account settings
Notes
- Available options depend on user role
- Super Admin users have access to all sections
- Other roles see only relevant options
