Overview
Each Etlworks instance that we manage has its own service status dashboard.
The dashboard displays the uptime statistics, the service status, and the response time. It also allows users to subscribe to the notifications, including notifications for the events when the instance is down or not responding.
Etlworks only provides a dashboard for the instances we host. For self-hosted instances, you can configure the dashboard using any third-party service. We recommend the Uptimerobot status page.
Access the service status dashboard
Access the dashboard from the application
To access the dashboard from the application, click the About
icon:
After which, click View Status
.
Access the dashboard from any browser
Simply open URL https://status.instance_name.etlworks.com
in your favorite web browser.
Example: https:/status.app.etlworks.com
Check or change the dashboard URL
Go to Settings
> General
> Application
Status URL
.
Use the service status dashboard
View uptime information and active incidents
The main page displays current uptime information and the status of the active incidents.
View the response time
Click the service link to display the response time chart.
Subscribe to notifications
Click the bell
icon on top of the main page, enter your email and click Subscribe
to subscribe to the notifications. They include notifications for events when the instance is down or not responding.
