Extract and load data in Google Sheets
Extracting data from Google Sheets
Step 1. Create a Google Sheets connection.
Step 2. Create a destination connection.
Step 3. Create an extract and load flow. Start by typing in "well-known API to".
Step 4. Add source-to-destination transformation where the source is a Google Sheets connection created in step 1 and destination is a connection created in step 2.
When configuring FROM you can optionally add |worksheetname
to the FROM field. It will allow the transformation to read data from the specific Google Sheets worksheet using the same source connection.
Loading data in Google Sheets
Step 1. Create a source connection.
Step 2. Create a Google Sheets connection.
Step 3. Create an extract and load flow. Start by typing in "to well-known API".
Step 4. Add source-to-destination transformation where the source is a connection created in step 1 and a destination is a Google Sheets connection created in step 2.
When configuring TO you can optionally add |worksheetname
to the TO field. It will allow the transformation to write data into the specific Google Sheets worksheet using the same source connection.
